The 2023 Wilder Kent Awards, launched by conservation charity Kent Wildlife Trust, urges local groups across Kent to take action against the climate and nature crises. Last year they handed out their first-ever gold awards (highest available) which both Newnham Court and Hockers Lane both achieved.
To encourage other local businesses to take part, towards the end of last year, Newnham Court and Hockers Lane had the privilege of welcoming Tom White from Kent Wildlife Trust who videoed some of the excellent work that the children have done to change our environment for the better.
