PENNIES FOREST SCHOOL

Plans are well advanced for Pennies to open its first forest school provision in 2023.

This development was put back by the Covid outbreak and resulting lockdowns, but Pennies have been offering nature-based activities for many years and have staff and locations already lined up for when it is safe to offer the full range of forest school provision.  Take a look at our forest school photos. 

Our Holiday Club children have been the first to trial forest holiday camp and it’s been a huge success.  We are lucky enough to have forest school practitioners on board, who offer the children opportunities to develop confidence, social skills, communication adeptness and more through interacting with nature.

We will be trialling forest school with our pre-school children before fully launching in 2023.
