Pennies are open 51 weeks of the year closing on Public Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.
Parents sending two children to the Nursery will receive a discount of 10% on the lower of the fees.

Children must be collected promptly at the end of their nursery session.
The last pickup and handover time is 6.15pm with the Nursery closing promptly at 6.30pm.
It is regretted, but additional charges will be levied to cover staff costs for children not collected on time.
Charges for collection after 6.30pm are £10 for every 5 minutes late. |

| DEPOSIT: |
Deposit of 50% of one month's fees payable to be included with the registration documents. Only
upon receipt of this will the place be confirmed (subject to availability). The amount will be
refunded with the final account as long as all fees and any extra charges have been settled.

NEW STARTERS
For new starters the deposit will only be refunded if a minimum of three months notice is given in
writing that the place is no longer required. If starting within 3 months the place must be
cancelled in writing within 14 days after the place has been confirmed for the deposit to be
refunded.

| CLUB FEES |

All Holiday Club fees are payable in advance at the time of booking by cheque or credit/debit card.
These are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. |

Parents using both the After School Club and Breakfast Club will receive a 5% discount (not to be used
in conjunction with any other offer).

| NOTICE OF TERMINATION: |
Please note; to withdraw your child from the Nursery or After School Club and Breakfast Clubs we require
written notice one calendar month ahead of the withdrawal date (i.e. if notice is given part way through a
month you will be charged to the end of that month plus a clear calendar month). Please see full terms
and conditions for further information.

| Are you aware that you could receive Childcare Vouchers? These are non-taxable and exempt from National Insurance up to £60 per week (£243 per month). Both parents are entitled to this benefit. |
Pennies also accept Nursery Education Grants as part-payment of nursery fees. |
